Taylor McCuen (2012, USC Sumter) is one of the state’s most consistent power threats. The Greenville senior homered twice and drove in five runs leading the Red Raiders over Greer Thursday night at Greenville. A week ago he delivered the tying run base hit @ Travelers Rest that Greenville eventually won in later innings..

Rolling Out The Rankings- Prep Class of 2013

Arguably one of the best, highly touted classes in South Carolina in a very long time. Many of these committed in this class did so last year as Sophomores. The Junior Class will carry the load this year. Many of these players representing teams going deep in the playoffs. We know that there are a "ton" of prospects in this class but we could only go to 100 of the Top in the State. click here

As signing day nears for many of these young men, their are many different situations that have occured on these players paths..Many have waited on offers to come in and are making a final choice. Some have been injured and are still in the healing stages before they will begin collegiate careers next year somewhere. Let's just say for many it is not a lack of choices here to sign but many are choosing to utilize their last year to sign. As always there is nothing wrong with that and the staff here at Hardball Elite has ranked the top in the 2012 Class in the Upstate, SC area.
